We're open Monday–Tuesday 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Wednesday 9:30 am–7:30 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm–7:30 pm, Friday 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, and Saturday 10:30 am–7:00 pm. We're closed Sundays.

Do you accept health fund patients?

Yes, we accept all major health funds and are a preferred provider for several major insurers. We also offer flexible payment plans to make quality dental care accessible to everyone.

Yes - we love seeing children of all ages, from infants having their very first dental check to teenagers managing orthodontics or wisdom teeth. We bulk bill under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which provides up to $1,095 in dental benefits over two years for eligible children aged 2 to 17. Our team takes a calm, gentle approach with kids to build positive associations with dental visits early. Bring your Medicare card to your child's first appointment so we can check CDBS eligibility on the spot.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit at Serene Family Dental usually takes 45 to 60 minutes. We start with a friendly chat about your dental history, any concerns, and your goals. Your dentist will then complete a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues, followed by any X-rays needed. We finish with a discussion of findings, a personalised treatment plan, and a written cost estimate. If time allows and you would like one, we can also do a scale and clean at the same visit. There is no pressure - we explain everything clearly so you can make informed decisions.
